30 km from Islamabad, ruins of an almost two centuries old building, spread in a vast tract of land are evident. The residents of the nearby village blame themselves as well as the government for letting it go to ruins. This building was a Wine producing factory which was abandoned when the British shifted the factory elsewhere. Today, it tells the story of neglect through Pakistan Saga’s video.
