For several years, literary festivals are being held in Pakistani universities. Karachi, Gwadar, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta and Sarghoda are some such places where these festivals have been organized, participated by a large number of youth. These festivals bring out writers, poets, and composers with new thoughts, besides diminishing parochialism in society. These literary fairs discuss a multitude of issues, ranging from politics, religion, poetry and arts. For details, watch this video by Nasir Fareed for Pakistan Saga.
